Nancy, a crusading investigative reporter, deliberately gets herself arrested so that she can personally check out rumors that the matrons of the jail are physically abusing the female prisoners. Once the head matron and her assistant get their hands on Nancy and another prisoner known as "the brat" it's a long session of tight bondage, fiendish tickling and painful spanking for the unlucky duo. And that's just for openers. Eventually Nancy and the brat manage to overcome their tormentors and give them a taste of their own medicine. Nancy gets her story, while matrons are left fit to be tied.
